Oh boy oh boy. I bought a new shop-vac today. It has an extra long hose, 4HP, it's blue and it was on sale at Lowes for $49.95.

I've been a painting contractor since 1979, with forays into other ventures along the way. I have painted shopping malls, Victorian mansions, new builds, striped parking lots, thousands of homes and businesses, freeway retaining walls and underpasses...pretty much anything that stands still long enough to be painted. I've run crews and been a foreman (forewoman, I guess) and taught many people the craft.

Dogmuse is recently reincarnated. In my 16 month absence, it continued to get a fair bit of traffic, according to sitemeter. Oh dear, another abandoned blog? Nope. I am 50 and live in Michigan with two Rottweilers, a Nottweiler and three accidental cats. I do agility and paint houses and write sometimes. My favourite icecream flavor is peanut butter. That reminded me of a vac
we had in the 60's called
a filter queen sold to us by
a door to door salesman.
That vac did everything but
wash dishes.lol
you know you need to get a life when you woo hoo a shop vac...
Yahhhh....you can tell when my life is getting a bit zzzzzzzzzzzzz, huh!
Then I took it home and vaccuumed dog hair out of crevices all over the house. The fun just never stops, I tell ya.
