Well really, I'm probably more of an agnostic. Anyhow, Leigh-Ann had this entry on Blogpound. Read it! My comment on her blog involves painting, so it's relevant to my blog too. :)
When I lived in the South Pacific I got into a conversation with a missionary stationed out in a remote village. When I asked if he knew another missionary who lived in village where I stayed he proceeded to tell me they were actually 'false christians'. Sort of like the false muslems? False nuns? I just get a headache trying to get my mind around it!
I can't stand this aspect of religion. It says a great deal about people (they're dumb) who think that if you say some magic words your off the hook for being bad but if good people don't say the right thing they are going to hell. If there even is one. Personally I think it's here in the form of the Bush administration.
I agree with Ricardo, I rarely discuss my lack of religious beliefs because " Christians" are so judgemental. Ironic, I find that they are the most hypocritical. They are so convinced that they will swing on a cloud and I will burn in hell. Sounds like a Brothers Grimm fairy tale to me!
I've been a painting contractor since 1979, with forays into other ventures along the way. I have painted shopping malls, Victorian mansions, new builds, striped parking lots, thousands of homes and businesses, freeway retaining walls and underpasses...pretty much anything that stands still long enough to be painted.
I've run crews and been a foreman (forewoman, I guess) and taught many people the craft.
Dogmuse is recently reincarnated. In my 16 month absence, it continued to get a fair bit of traffic, according to sitemeter. Oh dear, another abandoned blog? Nope.
I am 50 and live in Michigan with two Rottweilers, a Nottweiler and three accidental cats. I do agility and paint houses and write sometimes. My favourite icecream flavor is peanut butter. I can probably beat your ass at Scrabble. How's that for succinct?

I say briefly: Best! Useful information. Good job guys.
