Before...




I took a whole BUNCH of before photos and forgot to take all the after ones. Drat. I did a cool two-tone thing in the master bath (which was humungous), dining room, master BR, study, powder room, dining room, back hall, foyer and upstairs hallway...

I like that mottled look on the stairway wall. Is that or WAS that a sponge technique.
That was Lisa's artistry....she did it with a woolly roller (double roller specifically for making pretty, diffuse effects.) She mixed up several of the surrounding colours and added a reddish brown to match the wood trim. I really loved the way it came out!
